General Enquiries

1. Where is Envi Goods based in?

Envi Goods is based in Singapore. We ship out all orders from Singapore. 

2. What are the payment methods available?

Currently, we only accept PayPal, which does not require an account for payment. More payment options will be available soon. 

3. Can I get a discount for bulk purchase?

We welcome all distribution enquiries and bulk purchase orders. Do contact us at hello@envigoods.com for more details. 

4. I’m buying a gift. Will the purchase price appear on the invoice with my order?

You can send your order as a gift. We do NOT include any dollar amounts on the invoice that will be included with your purchase.

5. Can I include a message for my gift?

Unfortunately, we are unable to include a message. 

Shipping & Delivery Related Questions

1. Does Envi Goods ship worldwide?

Hang on to your seats for the moment. International shipping will be available very soon. 

2. How much is shipping/delivery fee?

At Envi Goods, we strive to keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! This minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.

For orders below $80 in Singapore, a standard delivery charge of $5 applies. 

For orders above $80 in Singapore, you will qualify for free delivery.

3. Does Envi Goods deliver island wide?

Yes, except for No Go Zones such as:

– Jurong Island     – Tuas Link     – Changi Cargo     – Country Clubs     – Army Camps

– Seletar Aerospace     – Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin     – Turf Club Avenue

– Sentosa     – Singapore Prison Quarters     – Airbase sites    – ST Kinetics

– SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1     – Shipyards     – Hospitals     – Powergrid

– Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport

4. When will my order ship?

For stock with availability, orders will be packed and shipped within 3 working days. If you require express delivery, please contact us at hello@envigoods.com before you place your order.

5.  Can I choose a specific delivery time?

Unfortunately, deliveries are handled by 3rd party operators and we are unable to stipulate a specific delivery time. 

6. What do I do if I missed my delivery?

Don’t worry. If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.

However, reattempts do not apply to SingPost deliveries. Any failed deliveries from SingPost will be sent to the nearest Post Office for self-collection and you will be notified by SingPost. Please collect your parcel within 5 working days.  

Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy

We take great care to ensure that each item is correctly described, authentic, not damaged or misrepresented in any way. 

1. Can I amend or cancel my order after I’ve paid?

Unfortunately, all confirmed orders cannot be amended or cancelled. 

2. I regretted my purchase. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not provide a refund for orders delivered in good conditions.   

3. I received a defective product. Can I return it?

We are sorry for the defective product. Please email to hello@envigoods.com with your order number, and a photograph of the defect within 7 days. Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its original packaging and tags intact. Please note that the item must be packaged properly for shipping to avoid damage. Items received in damaged condition, smashed or modified in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued.

*Minor variations in measurement (within 0.8 inches) is not considered a defect. Loose threads are not considered a defect. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration. We do however strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible.
